RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with our product in any way, we would like to hear from you.   Please email info@grandtongo.com with your comments or concerns. Each can of Grand Tongo Insect Repellent is precisely measured, blended, bottled and numbered for identification.  Please note the LOT # on your correspondence.

RETURNS:  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return your unused product to: Returns Review, 3857 Birch Street Suite #3074 Newport Beach, CA 92660.   You will be issued a full refund for your purchases, taxes paid and shipping cost, if any.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
